We will develop a fundable 5-year pro forma that captures the attention of investors through validation of your company’s market fit and scalability, fundability, and Return on Investment (ROI) potential via defendable key projections most desired by investors and lenders such as Unit of Economics (UoE), balance sheets, cash flow, profit and loss, break even analysis, Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Earnings Before Interest Tax Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA), valuation, ROI, and much more. The approach includes in-depth market research, robust funding strategy, detailed scaling and distribution strategy, and much more. I will work closely with you to ensure that every foundational element is expertly visualized and optimally tuned for conversion.
Description
Upon starting the project, you will be assigned a dedicated Startup Consultant who will follow the following process:
Information Gathering
1. Chat with you to learn about your company, vision, and needs
2. Establish an information sharing process (i.e. email, dropbox, google docs, etc.)
3. Request and review any information you can provide
4. Establish a touchpoint cadence and preferred mechanism (i.e. daily via email)
Financial Model
5. Create a financial model capable of reporting the requisite profit/loss, balance sheet, cash flow statements, 5-year projections, CAC, LCV, EBITDA, break-even analysis, valuations, ROI, and many others
6. Add your revenue streams and associated, variables, key assumptions, and costs
7. Develop the human capital onboarding schedule and salaries
8. Identify your CAPEX/OPEX and marketing strategy and budget
9. Identify your capitalization strategy
10. Create visualizations (charts and graphs) for readability and comprehension
11. Finalize model and closeout project
