We will develop an action-oriented and measurable 10-section business plan for your company that is backed by credible market research, compliant with both traditional lenders, the SBA, and VCs, demonstrates market fit and scalability of your company, validates its fundability, and showcase the ROI potential. Most importantly, we will help establish the foundational strategies inclusive of branding and marketing, activation and sales, operations and management, and competition and differentiation.
Description
Upon project start, you will be assigned a dedicated Startup Consultant who will follow the following process:
Information Gathering
1. Chat with you to learn about your company, vision, and needs
2. Establish an information sharing process (i.e. email, dropbox, google docs, etc.)
3. Request and review any information you can provide
4. Establish a touchpoint cadence and preferred mechanism (i.e. daily via email)
Business Plan
5. Provide an outline of the proposed sections for approval
6. Upon your approval of the outline, populate each section with content inclusive of market research and custom graphics. Note you would need to provide requisite financial projections.
7. Submit full draft for your review and iterate through completion
All market research and statistics will be supported by credible sources such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, CBC Insights, or other such noteworthy market research firm.
For graphics, we will use a variety of Adobe applications and will provide all source files upon project completion.
