Upon project start, your dedicated Startup Consultant will carry out the following process:
Information Gathering
1. Chat with you to learn about your company, vision, and needs
2. Establish an information sharing process (i.e. email, dropbox, google docs, etc.)
3. Request and review any information you can provide
4. Establish a touchpoint cadence and preferred mechanism (i.e. daily via email)
Pitch Deck
5. Provide a mockup consisting of a storyboard that outlines the proposed slides, branding theme, ideal investor profile, and key win themes
6. Upon approval of the mockup elements, populate each slide in the storyboard with content, inclusive of market research and custom graphics
7. Submit full draft for your review and iterate through completion
1-Pager
8. Compile and condense elements of the pitch deck into a single page
All market research and statistics will be supported by credible sources such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, CBC Insights, or other such noteworthy market research firm
For graphics, we will use a variety of Adobe applications and will provide all source files upon project completion
